Shipping and Returns Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders over R600.00. For orders under R600.00, there is a flat shipping rate of R60. Shipping is typically within 3-5 business days.

We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. To return an item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will provide you with a return shipping label. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Prescription medications
  • Medical devices
  • Items that have been used or damaged
  • Items that have been opened or tampered with

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days and the funds will be deposited back into your original form of payment.

If you have not received your refund within 3-5 business days, please contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not offer exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund.
